Love this place. Never have any problem.

Had to have my dash blower replaced and they was quick and professional...thank you west main

Excellent customer service. Written quotes are provided and work provided always near quoted price. Service performed has a warranty. We’ve never been disappointed or dissatisfied. Great team to work with from answering phones to handing over keys after work completed. 100% always recommend West Main Auto!

I'm very impressed. I had a real situation going with my truck broke down at home and my wife's car falling apart in a parking down town. With there help we came up with a plan that will work for us to get both fixed over time. 😃

Came in for inspections and a oil change, the staff was very friendly and worked fast and efficiently to complete the job, the price was more than reasonable. Not to mention the atmosphere of the place is very welcoming. If you’re looking for a reliable place to get your car looked at- I’d highly recommend West Main Auto!

They got me in super quick. And their waiting room is the nicest I've ever been in.

Im giving them 5 stars because of how quickly they were able to get me in and taken care of. I was a little worried about how long id have to wait bc usually mechanic waiting rooms arent ideal for long periods of time. But this waiting room has snacks and coffee. Plenty of comfortable seating and the staff is super nice. They'll even run you to wherever you need to go if youre stuck waiting on your vehicle for long periods of time. I havent gotten my car back yet but I have a feeling theyre gonna do a great job. Ill keep you updated.

Very fair and honest
